- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience (Plastics or ENT preferred).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to develop rapport with customers within the sales region and throughout the US market.
- Maintain operating room credentialing certifications.
- Experience in operating room sales.
- Familiarity with hospital administration and supply chain management.
