Incedo Inc. is seeking an MDM Transformation Leader to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) for pharmaceutical commercial operations.
About the Role
As the MDM Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for building the commercial 'Golden Record' across various domains, enabling compliant, accurate, and AI-ready data foundations. Your key responsibilities include leading the commercial MDM strategy, designing and overseeing implementation of MDM capabilities, establishing data governance processes, enabling core commercial processes, advising clients on data architecture, and driving transformation engagements.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years in pharma commercial data, MDM, commercial operations, or life sciences consulting.
- Deep experience in OneKey IQVIA and its direct consumers.
- Expertise in commercial master data including HCP/HCO, payer plans, and CRM data models.
- Strong understanding of Veeva CRM/Network/OpenData, IQVIA OneKey, and similar systems.
- Proven experience leading large commercial data or MDM transformation programs.
- Strong communication and executive-facing advisory skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial consulting (ZS, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, IQVIA, etc.).
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, HUB data, and omnichannel analytics.
- Knowledge of compliance areas such as state licensing and DEA/NPI validation.
