About the Role
As an MDS Coordinator - RN, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and timely completion of the MDS assessments and care plans for residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will work closely with older adults, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care and hospitality. Your role will also involve utilizing MDS computer software and understanding regulations impacting the MDS process.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license in applicable state.
- Current CPR certification.
- In-depth experience and knowledge working with MDS computer software.
- Experience with the MDS transmittal process and understanding of regulations impacting the MDS.
Preferred:
- Supervisory experience.
