- Experience in Care Planning and creating Care Plans.
- Proficiency in MDS (Minimum Data Set) management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of pediatric care and therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
