About the Role
As an MDS Coordinator LVN, you will be responsible for collecting and entering MDS documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. Your duties will include comparing data against original documents, filing MDS documents in resident charts, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. You will also communicate with coworkers regarding any issues related to MDS data entry.
About You
Required:
- Current and unencumbered CA, LVN License.
- 5 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a long-term care setting.
- High School education or GED.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
Preferred:
- MDS Certification.
- Knowledge of PDPM.
- Proficiency in MDS 3.0 reimbursements.
