As a MEAT/ASST DEPT LEADER, you will be responsible for promoting trust and respect among associates, establishing performance goals, training and developing staff, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. You will also create a welcoming environment for customers and execute sales promotions.
About You
Required:
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Current food handlers permit once employed.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Any meat/retail experience.
- Any management experience.
- Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).
