About the Role
As a MEAT/WRAPPER, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying meat merchandise in accordance with company standards. Your daily tasks will include checking product quality, maintaining cleanliness in sales areas and backrooms, managing inventory levels, and providing customer service. You will also be expected to adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and associates.
About You
Required:
- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Able to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
- Qualified to operate power tools such as automatic wrappers, slicers, and grinders.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.
- Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to food handling and safety.
