About the Role

You will work from sketches, manuals, and blueprints, and may assume the duties of Lead Mechanic when absent. Your role includes participating in continuous improvement processes, ensuring housekeeping requirements are met, and providing training to other personnel. You will also need to recognize operational irregularities and take corrective actions as necessary.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least five years of industrial mechanical maintenance work or relevant military experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to independently analyze mechanical or equipment problems and implement solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to provide customer service.
Preferred:
- Completion of an approved four-year apprentice program.
