- 5+ years of relevant work experience within the Turbine Design and Manufacturing field.
- Familiarity with ANSYS Workbench tools.
- Leadership or Mentorship experience as Senior Design Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work individually as well as with a team.
- Ambitious goals to grow within a company.
