- Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience (HVAC and plumbing systems).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Solid math and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
