Summary

About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer II, you will direct and coordinate activities involved in the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical products. Your responsibilities will include designing systems, coordinating installation activities, evaluating existing installations, conducting root cause analysis, and developing manufacturing processes.
About You
Required:
- BSME from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with emphasis on design and fabrication of mechanical and electromechanical equipment and systems.
- Experience with PID loop controllers, PLCs, and other plant control and monitoring equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mentality.
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Preferred:
- Experience with composite materials and/or material sciences.
- CAD experience (CATIA, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- SAP experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Minitab software experience.
