About the Role
As a Mechanical II, you will be responsible for designing ductwork and piping for HVAC systems, calculating heating and cooling loads, preparing Revit/BIM models, specifying mechanical equipment, and reviewing shop drawings. You will also interface with clients, perform job site visits, and may direct less experienced staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience required.
- Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program preferred.
- EIT/FE in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
