About You
- High school diploma and at least five (5) years of experience as a contractor, superintendent, foreman, or inspector of commercial and residential buildings.
- Valid driver's license.
- ICC Residential Mechanical Inspector M1 or ICC Commercial Mechanical Inspector M2 Certification within 18 months of hire date.
- Associate's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Commercial, Residential or Combination Building Inspector (ICC) certification.
- Plumbing Inspector (ICC or IAPMO) certification.
- MN Licensed Plumber (MN-DLI) certification.
- Mechanical Plans Examiner M3 (ICC) certification.
- Journey Worker HVAC Technician certification.
