About the Role
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will act as a subject matter expert in the build and installation of mechanical systems. You will lead and mentor mechanical assembly teams, supervise daily activities, allocate tasks, ensure teams have necessary tools and training, troubleshoot mechanical issues, develop procedures, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience in building and integrating automated assembly systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading or managing machine tool assembly teams.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and layout equipment accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical standards, tooling assembly, and setup.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
