About the Role
As a Mechanical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert mechanical and technical support to channel technicians, leading the resolution of customer issues, managing knowledge resources, collaborating across teams to address technical challenges, documenting complex technical findings, supporting quality and reliability tracking, contributing to training development, and engaging in new product development support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of relevant technical work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a mechanical technical work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred:
- Experience with large industrial blower products.
- Familiarity with industrial or medical vacuum systems.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives and electric motors.
- Understanding of industrial controls and communications.
