About the Role
As a Med Surg RN, you will provide care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Dunes Surgical Hospital. Your responsibilities include making decisions regarding direct patient care needs, executing orders and therapies based on prescribed treatment regimens, and participating in quality improvement audits and projects. You will also develop patient-centered health care plans, advocate for patients, and collaborate with other health care providers.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university.
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
- Work experience as a professional nurse.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
Preferred:
- Ability to demonstrate clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
