About the Role

As a Med Tech, you will demonstrate positive relationships with residents and staff, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. You will be responsible for documenting resident conditions, reporting changes, and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires attending educational programs and maintaining a professional appearance.

About You

Required:

High School diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age
Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course
Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required
Effective written and oral communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in a senior care environment
Ability to work well in a team setting
