About the Role
As a Media Manager, you will manage the full campaign lifecycle, develop data-driven media strategies, oversee media plan execution, provide excellent client service, lead and mentor a team, and collaborate with internal teams to develop omnichannel media strategies.
About You
Required:
- 4-5+ years of media agency experience managing and executing across digital platforms.
- Experience buying and planning across multiple digital media channels including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-LookUps, macros).
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Preferred:
- Fluency with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems (e.g., Google Analytics, MOAT/IAS/DoubleVerify).
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and advocate for the team.
- Demonstrates a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive approach.
