C Spire is seeking a Media Operations Specialist to join their team in Ridgeland, MS. The role involves executing, trafficking, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media.
About the Role
As a Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all details of marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered accurately and efficiently. Your tasks will include executing traditional media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing creative execution, coordinating media trafficking, and collaborating with various internal teams. You will also serve as a liaison with media vendors and stay current on emerging media trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital, or interactive marketing, including project management or related work.
- Proven experience with Adobe Ad Cloud or other demand-side advertising platforms.
- Experience using social media advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications.
Preferred:
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, or other performance-driven industries.
- Experience optimizing cross-channel digital and traditional media campaigns.
- Advanced experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- SEO and keyword research experience.
