About the Role
As a Media Specialist, you will assist with general office duties, ensure a safe environment for campers, document daily camp activities, and maintain the camp photo sharing platform. You will also create a yearbook and staff slideshow, live on-site during the camp program, and serve as a role model for campers.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet GSUSA membership requirements.
- Experience working with groups of children.
- Strong outdoor living skills or willingness to learn.
- Experience using a DSLR camera.
- American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated leadership, good judgment, and maturity.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and enjoy group living outdoors.
