About the Role
As a Media Transfer Technician and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning and organizing incoming media, carefully operating transfer equipment, maintaining an organized workflow for completing transfers, and assisting customers with orders and media-related questions. This full-time position requires occasional travel to other stores in the Twin Cities metro area and regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.
About You
Required:
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer literacy including file operations and web browser usage.
Preferred:
- Retail sales or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with audio and video terminology related to consumer cameras and media formats.
