About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of experience as an eligibility specialist or investigator in an eligibility program in North Carolina, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
- 1 year of NC income maintenance supervisory experience.
- Experience training others.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with programs such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
