- 4 years of Medicaid billing and collections experience
- 2+ years of hospital billing experience with DDE - Direct Data Entry experience
- Knowledge of a UB 04 form
- Experience with denials and appeals
- Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT codes
- Experience using SSI billing system
- Previously used Allscripts or AM/PFM
