About the Role
As a Medical Analytics Impact & Outcomes Data Analyst, you will support KPI and analysis definition, conduct analytics, manage data, and collaborate with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing metrics, analyzing data trends, maintaining datasets, and ensuring effective reporting of data.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, data analytics, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or Master's/MBA with 5+ years experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a cross-functional business environment.
- Proven leadership skills in managing people and projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical medicine, clinical trial design, and regulatory rules.
Preferred:
- MBA or other related degrees.
- Strong experience (7+ years) in data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting.
