About the Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting patients, preparing and reviewing patient charts, measuring vital signs, performing clerical duties, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that all services are provided within the Medical Assisting scope and state guidelines.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Active Medical Assisting certification from an accredited organization.
Preferred:
- One year of medical assistant healthcare experience.
- Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office.
