About the Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with the primary care physician to provide patient care, which includes reviewing and updating health records, measuring vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms for examinations. You will also perform clerical duties, ensure accurate patient charts, and provide excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Medical Assisting certification required within 12 months of start date.
Preferred:
- One year of medical assistant healthcare experience.
- Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
