About the Role

As a Medical Assistant (Outpatient), you will be responsible for setting up exam rooms, checking in patients, obtaining vital signs, reporting significant findings to the clinic physician, performing venipunctures, and conducting audiometry and vision testing. You will also maintain a patient recall system and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

About You

Required:

High School Education/GED or equivalent.
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification.

Preferred:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent combination of licensure and experience.
Successful completion of audiometry and vision training or have a certificate from CHDP within six months of hire.
Phlebotomy certificate.
