About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and preparing patients, obtaining and recording vital signs, administering immunizations, collecting specimens, and maintaining examination rooms. You will also handle patient communications, schedule appointments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires strong pediatric phlebotomy skills and excellent customer service abilities.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an Accredited Medical Assisting program.
- Active Certified Medical Assistant license.
- Strong pediatric phlebotomy skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to all clinics and work weekend and holiday rotations.
Preferred:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and task management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
