- High School Graduate/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program.
- 0-1 year related work experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Basic proficiency in computer use.
- Associate Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years related work experience.
