About You
- Accredited Program Required: Medical Assistant or Medical Office Assistant that allows caregiver to sit for the MOA certification exam.
- National Medical Assistant Certification.
- Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development.
- Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and office equipment.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of asepsis principles.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office.
- Familiarity with desktop computing tools, multi-line phone systems, and insurance billing.
- National Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
