As a Medical Assistant - Gynecology, you will be responsible for performing clinical intakes, administering medications, preparing patients for examinations, and ensuring effective communication of test results. You will also assist in maintaining patient flow, stocking supplies, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols while delivering excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- Technical Diploma in Medical Assisting.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification from an accredited organization.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
Preferred:
- 6 months of clinical experience in lieu of education.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to pass colorblind testing for point-of-care tests.
