About the Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will assist medical providers with patient care, perform vital signs, document patient information, conduct lab tests, administer medications, and maintain exam rooms. You will work in a dynamic setting, gaining hands-on experience with various clinical tasks and supporting occupational health services.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and comfort in a fast-paced, urgent care setting.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting.
