About the Role
As a Medical Assistant Float, you will be responsible for triaging pediatric patients, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and vaccines, performing CLIA-waived testing, documenting patient information in real time, and supporting patient flow during high-volume periods.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical Assistant education, certification, military experience, or qualifying training.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Strong understanding of patient safety and clinical standards.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Pediatric or urgent care experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
