About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- CPR certification required within 12 weeks of hire.
- CMA or RMA certification required within 90 days.
- Experience in handling multiple phone lines and excellent clerical/organizational skills.
- One year experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician's office.
- Experience in specimen testing.
- Experience in surgical scheduling and procedures.
- Data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows based PC applications.
