About the Role
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicating physician orders and instructions. You will also provide pre and post-operative education, establish a compassionate environment, and support excellence in customer service while working independently to achieve program goals.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow-through.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting related to fertility or reproductive medicine.
- Comfort with computer applications and data entry.
