About the Role
About You
- 3 years as a clinic Medical Assistant in an ambulatory setting.
- 3 years direct customer service experience.
- AAH-RMA, AAMA-CMA, AAMP-RMA, ARMA-RMA, AMT-RMA, NCCT-NCMA, or NHA-CCMA certification.
- BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 3 years telephone customer service experience.
