About the Role
As a Medical Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming environment for patients, assisting providers with medical and cosmetic procedures, managing inventory, documenting patient interactions, handling financial tasks, and performing administrative duties. You will work full-time with a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education is encouraged.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a dermatology or medical environment preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiar with HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is highly encouraged.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and patient scheduling tools preferred.
