About You
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, nursing, business, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of medical device sales experience within hospitals or cardiology/EP.
- Track record of quota achievement in complex medical device sales.
- Strong clinical aptitude and understanding of EP procedural workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and territory planning.
- Willingness to travel and support early/late procedures.
- Experience selling EP devices (ablation catheters, mapping systems, access sheaths).
- Familiarity with hospital procurement, GPO/IDN contracting, and value-analysis committees.
- Existing relationships within electrophysiology labs.
- Background in biomedical engineering or clinical EP support.
