About the Role
As the Medical Director, you will ensure consistent standards of care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with clinical protocols. You will support provider performance through mentorship and onboarding, collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives, and monitor clinical quality and performance metrics to drive improvement actions.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree and completion of an accredited residency in the applicable specialty.
- Five or more years of post-residency clinical practice experience, including progressive clinical leadership with administrative or operational oversight.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with leaders and stakeholders within a large academic health system or integrated healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice standards and quality improvement methodologies applicable to ambulatory settings.
