About the Role
As the Medical Director for LTSS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve quality, cost, and outcomes in healthcare. You will support clinicians, conduct clinical reviews, provide guidance on operational aspects, and serve as a resource for clinical and strategic advice. Additionally, you may represent the company in external committees and develop new medical policies based on healthcare changes.
About You
Required:
- MD or DO with Board certification from an approved certifying board.
- Active unrestricted medical license to practice medicine.
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of Utilization Management experience.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
