About You
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- IN license (or willing to obtain).
- CDS Certification (by time of start).
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (by time of start).
- BLS (by time of start).
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Not accepting visa candidates.
- Board Certified in Geriatrics (Fellowship-trained) or Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine.
- Clean Malpractice.
