About the Role
As a Medical Doctor, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of primary care conditions, provide care coordination, educate patients, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and ensure high-quality outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a physician in the state of Florida.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
Preferred:
- Experience managing value-based care patients and utilizing HEDIS measures for quality improvement.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team-based care and chronic disease management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly favorable.
