Summary
Enlyte is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager to join their team in Savannah, Georgia. The role involves working closely with injured individuals to create and implement treatment plans that facilitate their recovery and return to work.
About the Role
As a Medical Field Case Manager, you will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and legal representatives to assess the recovery of injured individuals. Your responsibilities will include developing treatment plans, evaluating case goals, and managing a caseload independently. You will also attend in-person appointments with patients and prepare status updates for clients.
About You
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation.
Preferred:
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S).
- Experience advocating recommendations effectively with physicians and employers.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.
