About the Role
As a Medical Hospitalist, you will manage complex and acutely ill patients, facilitate seamless transitions of care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will respond to patient status changes, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and adhere to hospital protocols, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and clear communication.
About You
Required:
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine/Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois
Preferred:
- Previous hospitalist or acute care experience
