- Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Science or Medical Technology, or related field defined by CLIA.
- Appropriately trained in clinical lab science.
- Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist by ASCP.
- Position may be filled as MLT Med Lab Tech for qualified applicants.
