About the Role
As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and preparing samples. You will follow established procedures, report results, and ensure quality control while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited college or university.
- Relevant work experience in a medical laboratory.
Preferred:
- Medical Technologist (MT)/Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – ASCP, or NCLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
