About the Role
As a Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney, you will handle nursing home, trucking, and catastrophic injury cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include speaking to clients, investigating and vetting cases, drafting demand letters, filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, deposing witnesses and experts, and trying cases. You will work from home and collaborate with attorneys and legal teams periodically.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar.
- MD, VA, or DC license.
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
Preferred:
- Experience with nursing home, trucking, or catastrophic injury cases.
- Familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
