About the Role
As a Medical Malpractice Partner, you will be responsible for defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits, drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. You will work with a diverse team representing various healthcare providers and will need to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- At least eight (8) years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
Preferred:
- Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
