About the Role
As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be responsible for routine office functions, preparation of billing forms, scheduling, insurance authorizations, preparation of surgical instrument trays, and assisting in patient care activities that do not require direct physician supervision. You will participate in a patient-centered care team focused on coordinated care for individual patients, supporting patients and families to manage population health using evidence-based methodologies.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate.
- Minimum three years experience as a Medical Office Assistant.
Preferred:
- Experience with coding.
