About You
- Six months of experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Receptionist or equivalent experience in a high-volume customer service role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Keyboarding skills and ability to utilize computer equipment and software.
- Familiarity with an electronic practice management system.
- Experience with multi-line phones/ACD phones.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
